Integrity on the Job

When working, or just being around people in general, there are certain things that you want to acknowledge. One, consider your coworkers feelings because they're human, just like you, and they do have their bad days, as well. So be a little understanding if your coworker is slaking off one day, because who knows what could of happened to them before they clocked. Two, respect them and treat them the way you wanted to be treated; and as a result, you should usually get some respect back. Lastly, three, be a team player and help your coworkers out when they need aid, if you can. You'll be rewarded in the end for your good efforts, and its effects on your human relationships at the workplace will definitely improve, by tenfold.
