Ethics in Physics

Intending to obtain my major in Physics, it's good to know what I'm getting myself into. After reading the article provided by the link below, I'm now aware of some of the ethics problems within this profession. One, there is an saddening lack of honesty of how research is evaluated due to bias data. A definite big no no in the physics community when their job is to basically uncover the truths of the universe through their accurate and precise research. And lastly, two, many young physics experimentalists are treated unfairly by being overloaded with work and are often over sighted and unacknowledged for their contribution in research projects. This is sometimes a tough profession for a new coming physicist to get his "shine" for his ideas and findings, unless he establishes himself first.
