A Character's Work Habits and Attitudes

This small robot is Gir, from the amine series called "Invader Zim." Gir is Zim's (the alien in the top right image) henchman and together, they perform numerous evil deeds on the show in order to achieve Zim's goal of ruling Earth. Gir has some pretty bad working habits as Zim's employee and is not the most reliable worker. He's easily distracted, not the best at multitasking and tends to cause some trouble for Zim at times .
As shown by the picture in the top right, he isn't being a team player and would be considered in the work force as a "slacker."
However, he always keeps a positive attitude about aiding Zim on any project he takes on and is usually present when the chips are down to save Zim's bacon when he's in danger.

Ethics in Physics

Intending to obtain my major in Physics, it's good to know what I'm getting myself into. After reading the article provided by the link below, I'm now aware of some of the ethics problems within this profession. One, there is an saddening lack of honesty of how research is evaluated due to bias data. A definite big no no in the physics community when their job is to basically uncover the truths of the universe through their accurate and precise research. And lastly, two, many young physics experimentalists are treated unfairly by being overloaded with work and are often over sighted and unacknowledged for their contribution in research projects. This is sometimes a tough profession for a new coming physicist to get his "shine" for his ideas and findings, unless he establishes himself first.

Integrity on the Job

When working, or just being around people in general, there are certain things that you want to acknowledge. One, consider your coworkers feelings because they're human, just like you, and they do have their bad days, as well. So be a little understanding if your coworker is slaking off one day, because who knows what could of happened to them before they clocked. Two, respect them and treat them the way you wanted to be treated; and as a result, you should usually get some respect back. Lastly, three, be a team player and help your coworkers out when they need aid, if you can. You'll be rewarded in the end for your good efforts, and its effects on your human relationships at the workplace will definitely improve, by tenfold.
