This small robot is Gir, from the amine series called "Invader Zim." Gir is Zim's (the alien in the top right image) henchman and together, they perform numerous evil deeds on the show in order to achieve Zim's goal of ruling Earth. Gir has some pretty bad working habits as Zim's employee and is not the most reliable worker. He's easily distracted, not the best at multitasking and tends to cause some trouble for Zim at times .As shown by the picture in the top right, he isn't being a team player and would be considered in the work force as a "slacker."
However, he always keeps a positive attitude about aiding Zim on any project he takes on and is usually present when the chips are down to save Zim's bacon when he's in danger.
